About Microwave Paths

Point-to-point microwave transmission is a critical component of the national communications infrastructure. Microwave paths enable broadband data transmission that supports telephone, cellular, and personal communication service (PCS) networks, wireless internet providers, audio and video transmission from television studios to transmitter sites, as well as many other industry/utility applications.

What We Evaluate

Our studies can provide accurate 2D and 3D Fresnel zones for microwave paths in proximity to your project.

Using the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Universal Licensing System (ULS) database, Capitol Airspace will determine proximity to both licensed and applied coordinated non-federal microwave paths.

In many cases, ULS database microwave transmitter and receiver antenna locations are inaccurate. We utilize multiple FAA and FCC datasets as well as aerial imagery to improve the location of microwave paths in proximity to your project.
